and f cours i hate myself right now. but it doesn’t help, so….tomorrow is a new day.
Back from training :))
and snack was some grapes.
breakfast: omlett (one egg) and well, a small slice of cake, cause my mother has birthday)
lunch: brown rice and vegetables (it’s a medium sized plate)
snacks today: a peach around 10 AM and an apple around 7 PM.
and now, I’ll do callanetics :) Be happy everyone.
Ok, no more excuses. I’ve got one month to change my life. In this month, I’m going to lose 5 kgs. I’ll make pictures of my meals, and post it on the end of each day (except one week, I’ll be away, but when I arrive home, I’ll post them). Tomorrow my mother and me are going to make a fruit-day: only melon and water. But after that comes the normal diet. I mean, the changed lifestyle. I ‘ll have a body like this:

totally depressed :( I slept at least 11 hours, and now I’m lying in my bed again. I just hope that tomorrow everything will be alright. Maybe doing callanetics will help.. but for first: let’s listen to all the sad songs…
